The selected file, file name, decoded pixels, comparison and generated result remain in page memory. Resetting or closing the tab releases that working state. A download occurs only when you request it.

Cookieless measurement

PicRemedy loads its self-hosted audience counter from analytics.pagefabrica.com. It receives the page address, page title, referrer, browser language and screen size. The service can use the request IP address and user agent to form an anonymous session hash and coarse device or location statistics; it does not store the IP address. We also send only the property-free events repair_started, repair_completed and result_downloaded. No image, file name, result, image dimension, selected scale or queue count is attached.

We use this minimal measurement to understand whether PicRemedy works, under our legitimate interest in operating and improving it. The counter sets no cookie, creates no browser identifier, does not identify you across sites and honours Do Not Track. You may object by enabling Do Not Track or contacting support.

Your rights and contact

You may ask about, object to, or request deletion of information associated with the limited data available to us. Email is handled outside the image tool; do not attach a private source or result image to a request.
